Banners can be either generic (i.e. author info) or book specific.  Author to supply all images.

Please note:  Due to the varied cost of available images, and in order to keep prices to a minimum, we have set a limit on the cost of images supplied and included in the price.  If you would like specific images that exceed the budgeted amount, we will request that you purchase and supply those images at your own cost.
